When you use our booking form or contact form we collect:

• Email address (optional)
• Service & job details you provide
• Preferred date and time slot

We do not use cookies for tracking. No analytics data is linked to your personal information.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry or confirm your booking.
• To contact you about the service you requested.
• To improve our service based on aggregate, anonymous feedback.

We will never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored securely with Supabase (hosted in the EU). Data in transit is encrypted via TLS.

How long we keep it

We retain booking and contact data for up to 12 months after the job date, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
